2。有  "正在下调 的物价"嘛
可是这里必须用reduced,表示已经下调过的物价。因为只有物价是静止的才有可能算出省多少钱。
  而reducing是正在下调的物价,就是说价钱目前是不确定的,那怎么能知道比原价少了多少呢?。
