关于公允价值计量与历史成本计量有关问题探讨
【摘要】历史成本计量与公允价值计量的问题一直是国际上的热点与焦点问题,也是国内很有争议的问题。本文就是在这样的背景下，首先对这两种计量属性作了比较分析，分别辩证阐述了它们的适用范围以及优缺点，并详细说明了公允价值计量方面的种种问题。在这基础上，对我国公允价值计量的运用情况作了说明，并指出其中的不足之处。最后针对存在的问题提出了建议，希望能为我国的公允价值计量创造适合的环境，来更好地推进我国的公允价值计量属性，以便于与国际惯例趋同，更好地融入国际经济潮流中。

【Abstract】The historical cost measurement and the fair value measurement question always is the international on hot spot and the focal point question, also is domestic has the dispute very much the question. This article is under such background, at first has made the comparative analysis to these two kinds of measurements attribute, separately elaborated their applicable scope as well as the good and bad points, then specify fair value measurement aspect all sorts of questions, in this foundation, have given showing to our country faired just value measurement utilization situation, and points out deficiency. Finally aimed at the existence the question to propose the suggestion, hoped could for the our country fair and just value measurement creation suitable environment, come to advance our country well the air and just value measurement attribute, in order to hastened with the international convention with, melted into in well the international economy tidal current.
