摘要:笔者从非营利组织的特性、存在的理论依据为出发点，描述非营利组织财务管理的特点、财务管理的对象和内容等。对于非营利组织中中国特有的行政事业单位，结合其特点表述我国行政事业单位财务管理在预算管理、资金筹集、成本管理、资本预算等方面的内容，与目前的经济体制改革中的财务管理实务相结合，贴近现实，做到理论与实际相结合。
