17.8 Exhibits. Schedules A through c attached to this Agreement may be amended from time to time by mutual agreement between the Parties and such amendments shall become effective thirty (30) calendar days after the amendment thereof. 17.9 Full Force and Effect. Notwithstanding any termination or expiration of this Agreement, there shall remain in full force and effect all those provisions of this Agreement (including but not limited to, the confidentiality and indemnification provisions hereof) which expressly or by their nature are intended to survive such termination or expiration. 17.10 Third Parties. A person who is not a Party to this Agreement shall have no right under the Agreements (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Chapter 53B) to enforce any of its terms which might otherwise be interpreted to confer such rights to such persons. No consent of any third party is required for any variation or termination of this Agreement.
