摘 要
本文对空调产品的逆向物流模式进行了研究。文章按“什么是正、逆向物流?— 为什么要对空调实施正逆向物流的互动模式设计?— 如何对空调产品实施正逆向物流的互动模式?”这一逻辑顺序进行讨论。
文章的前半部分主要回答“什么是空调的正、逆向物流?为什么要对国内空调产品实施正逆向物流的互动模式设计?”这两个问题。作者首先对正向物流与逆向物流领域相关文献进行回顾，阐述了其中的相关概念及其互动模式设计方法。接着叙述了国内空调产品正逆向物流互动的特点及驱动因素等内容。
