The Supplier’s responsibility includes but is not limited to the design, material procurement, fabrication, assembly, test and inspection, packing, marking, transportation, delivery provision of training and Technical Services, support to the Owner for start-up and license application, the detailed requirements are contained in Appendix B to this Contract. It is the responsibility of the Supplier to ensure that in the event the Contract Equipment is found to be non-functioning or missing any item or component considered to be within the scope of supply of the Supplier for the essential and proper functioning of the Contract Equipment, to provide such missing item or component and or technical documentation in a timely manner and at no additional cost to the Purchaser. All Contract Equipment to be supplied by the Supplier shall be completely new, undamaged and fully meet the Contract requirements.
