Description:
1。 高压聚四氟乙烯软管组件即特氟隆软管组件使用压力范围0～28MPa
High pressure PTFE house components: Application pressure range 0～28MPa

A型接头为外螺纹连接，B型接头为内螺纹连接
A type joint is external screw joint, and B type joint is internal screw joint。

软管长度可根据客户需要订制
The length of hose can be customer made。
4。 如果软管的两端接头外部形式不一致，则可在其接头密封形式前进行标识
The following sign is used for distinguishing the type of joints at the different sides。
例如e。g。：GZT0A/ZJ1B-04
表示一端直通37°为外螺纹，另一端为直角60°内螺纹接头，公称通径为04的软管。
It is indicated that direct connection 37° as external screw joint on the side, right angle 60° as internal screw joint on the other side, the nominal size of hose is 04。
5。未说明接头材料，一般采用不锈钢 1Cr18Ni9Ti,若需要更改请说明。
The material of joint without description is principally made by stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti, any further modification should be required accordingly。
6。使用温度为-55℃～ 180℃，工作介质为各种气体、液体、及腐蚀性介质

公称通径为4mm~25mm。
特氟隆软管总成结构组成
The structure of Teflon Hose Assembly
特氟隆软管总成由接头组件、扣压外套、聚四氟乙烯软管组成。
Teflon Hose Assembly is consisted by joint assembly, press wrap and Teflon hose。
接头组件由接头和外套螺母组成。接头外端的连接方式与航空航天标准一致，接头的另一端(与软管相连端)内部与软管之间有两道密封唇以保持连接的密封性，外部与软管的钢丝编织层扣压连接，既保证了连接的强度，又在外部起到了密封作用。
接头组件与聚四氟乙烯软管采用扣压方式连接。
Joint assembly is consisted by joint and wrap nut。 The connection of joint in the line with Aerospace Standards, the internal side of another side of joint( connected with the hose) is seamless sealed with hose by two lip seals, the outer side is press-binded together with steel wire braided layer of hose, in order to enhance the strength of connection and sealing effect of outside。
Joint assembly is press connected with the PTFE house。
