瑞星的话，打开设置的菜单，里面有一项规则设置，规则设置里有一项是访问规则，点他右面的窗口就会出现各种访问规则，找到msn那一项，如果状态显示一个红叉，则说明防火墙会阻止它访问网络。单击选中这一项，然后点击下面的编辑规则选项，在里面的常规模式设置中选择放行就可以了。 至于Windowsxp2的防火墙，双击打开防火墙的设置，在例外的那一项中，把msn的那个选项钩选上，然后确定就可以了。
