商务英语的写作要求准确，尽量简洁大方，明确。商务写作包括商务信函，邮件，以及合同的拟定。在对信函和邮件的回复中通常要求语言的简洁，大方。内容描述要求准确，清楚，切忌语言拖沓，产生歧义等。对人称呼要求礼帽，信函结尾需附上问候和祝福，信函和邮件要求注明日期，写信人等。
