不需要的，凭语感就知道。而且我们经常说“Where are you going”就没有加to，在某些特殊的句子结构或者某些特定的词语倒装后可能会将以前省略的to重新补上，但你说的这个句子不需要~

不用。因为where是副词，不用“to”.go后面接名词的时候才加“to”.
go to school....
本题是说发现他们去哪里？不是说他们去某一个具体地方。
