问两个固定搭配的区别 set out & set about cope with & deal with 我要参加几天后的CET4考试，因此还有很多问题，请问哪里有在线答疑或是英语QQ群么？谢谢！
set out & set about做 着手做。。。 讲,两者意思有微小的分别。用法不一样: set out to do sth aet about sth/dong sth 详细: [1]set out: set out to sth。
出发, 开始 陈述。阐明, 提出(理由) 打算, 计划 set out 的原义是着手做(begin work with the intention of achieving a particular aim)。 1)When I really set out to take care of somebody,I usually do the job properly。
当我真要照顾某人时，我一般是会把此工作做好的。 set out多用于'出发'的意思: 2)She is going to set out from the French coast at five o'clock in the morning。
她准备早上五点钟从法国海岸出发。 注：set out 在用来表示“着手做”(begin with a definite purpose)时，后面总是跟动词不定式。 [2]set about : set about + sth/doing sth 开始做，着手处理 [口]攻击 散布(谣言) [俚]接连殴打, 乱打 cope with & deal with １）做应对,对付(困难,灾难,事故。
。。)讲,两者可通用; How would you deal with／cope with an armed burglar? 遇到持有武器的盗贼，你将如何对付？ ２）deal with 还有另一层意思：与．．．做交易；与…有贸易往来；与…做买卖． 而cope with 没有． I've dealt with this shop for 20 years。
我同这家商店做生意已经有20年了。 ３）cope with也有特定的另一个含义：（机会均等地）竞争， 抗衡： No one can cope with him in English。 在英语方面谁也比不过他。 详细： [1]cope with 同。
