答案选A，但是从句是表与过去事实相反，不是应该用 if+had +Ved,主句用would+have done吗，那不是应该选B吗？是不是答案错了

答案选B，我知道If引导的条件从句可以省略If，可是A为什么不对，If又不是必须省略？
