lawrence-188 is right . 第一个为命令语气，此时用should /shouldn't 回答。 第二个为判断语气，用should 后边的时态。除非有时间状语的提示。例如 he should be reading in his study, isn't he? he must go to school, mustn't he? he must have finished his homework, hasn't he ? he must have finished his homework last night, didn't he?
