If someone is in a low spirit and he can't adjust his spirit when he is working,not only he himself but also the company can make a bad impress on others ,especially the costomers。
On the other hand , Having a good character is helpful for us to communicate with others and get on well with others。

(少年强则国强，少年富则国富。）So as staff and a company 。If the staff's quality is good,including one's character, the company can not be bad。
