在这次谈判中,双方都达到了既定的目标,即中方要开拓美国市场,美国要购得物美价廉的丝绸。在这次谈判过程中有许多值得总结的地方。在谈判前双方都做了细致的分工准备工作,从市场调查到成本分析等都可以看出准备都比较充足。在谈判中,美方利用其技术优势分析了中方丝绸技术应属价格并对此展开了价格“争论”。中方对于美方的问题作出了详细的回答!但有一点做得不足的是中方没有向美方突出价格优势而一味强调其质量优势导致浪费了大量的时间在价格的争论上,重点不够突出,另外时间也把握不到位,回答问题也有些凌乱,出现两个人回答同样的问题

  •   Both of the parties achieved their planned target,that is,China wanted to develop American market while America tried to purchase high quality and low price silk products。
       There were a few parts for negociation to be summarized。Both of the parties did a careful preparation for the negociation with a clear responsibilty for each one。
      From market investigation to cost analysis,all showed both were well prepared。During the process of negociation,American party made full use of its technical advantage,launching an "attack" on silk price, offering its own price according to its analysis and conclusion on technical cost of Chinese silk。
       Chinese party made detailed explanations。But it was unable to grasp opportunities to emphasize its price advantage。On the contrary,it wasted a lot of time to show its product quality。
      The focus was not showed clearly。Moreover,the time to speak was not well controlled。 It sometimes happened that two people rushed to answer the same question at the same time。

       Before negotiation, two parties all did micromesh preparing job。 We could see two parties’ preparing is very abundance form market research to cost analysis。

       And basic this price deployed a price “controversy”。 China answered American questions by detailed。 However China didn’t stand out the price advantage, but blindly emphasized the silk’s quality advantage, resulted in waste lots of time on price controversy。
       The keystone didn’t give prominence to American。 Otherwise the time didn’t hold aptitude。 The answer isn’t clearly; appeared two people answered the some question。
