个人觉得第三题出得不好，具体原因下面详述。 首先，如doudou8205说的，要调整语序，调整语序后还要再从从句角度上分析。 第一题：this hotel is ______ he complained about。横线处的词是主句this hotel is ___的宾语，也是从句he complain about___的宾语，宾语应该是实际意义的词，但that、where、which都是定语从句的虚拟词，所以用the one才是最佳，the one 用完整的，也就是the hotel。
第二题：this is the hotel ______ he stayed last year。主句this is the hotel句子结构已经完整，所以横线处应该是虚拟词，所以不选the one。从句中 he stayed ____ last year。
补充完整句子，应该是he stayed in the hotel last year。但是句子中没有介词in。所以这里要用where代替in the hotel作虚拟词提前。如果句子中有in，那么that和which都是可以选的。 第三题：this hotel is ____ he stayed last year。
