有关倒装句的英语问题
If someone in the crowd had been able to give first aid to the driver.he would not have had so much suffering. 变为倒装句是 Had ______________________________ 为什么答案是 Had someone in the croud been able to give first^^^^^^^^ 答案是把前面的Had 倒装了.只是把完成式的had 提前了.而且也不涉及倒装问题.这是为什么? 请高人指点.谢谢
此句是一个典型的虚拟语气的从句,是以If引导的非真实条件句,如果把If省略,就把助动词had放置主语之前,习惯上称为不完全倒装,有的学者不把这种情况看作倒装,而是表强调.在虚拟语气中,不光助动词had可以提前,were也可以,eg:If I were you ,I would go.变为Were I you,I would go.
if 引导的虚拟条件句，可以省去从句中的if,用倒装句式，把were/had/should 提前 (1)If there should be a meeting tomorrow, I would come. 可以改为：Should ther ebe a meeting tomorrow, I would come. (2)If you had been here earlier, you would have seen him. 可改为：Had you been here earlier, you would have seen him. (3)If I were in school again, I would work harder. 可改为：Were I in school again, I would work harder.
