请教行家，在捷星官网订的机票，怎么退？,同行6人，有一对夫妻由于老婆怀孕去不了了，想退机票，订了捷星奥克兰到皇后镇的，不知道怎么退，官网上没有这项操作，只有换航班和加行李。 虽然是特价票，我想至少可以退一点选座位和税的钱吧
先看看你买的机票,是可以退的,还是不可以: JetSaver, JetSaver Light JetPlus and promotional StarClass fares are non-refundable; however limited changes can be made for a fee and fare difference, up to 24 hours prior to departure。
JetFlex and StarClass (excluding promotional StarClass) fares are refundable for a fee (conditions apply)。 They also allow changes to the date, time, origin and/or destination of travel and passenger names without additional fees (though a fare difference may apply)。
JetFlex and StarClass fares allow changes up to and including the day of the original scheduled departure。 If changes are not made within this time, the entire amount paid cannot be refunded。
