• 选择b 的理由：
  which　提前后面的都是修饰，不用再加　it.
  例如：This is the car which i like the most.
  变一下　也就是：I like this car the most. 简单点，I like this car，　可以用于你的例子：
  I pormised to get around （） the lawn mower. 只能　选择　b 或c，　get to 是固定搭配，后接名词或动名词．所以只能b.

• Get around to doing something

  to 是介词，所以后面跟doing
