1．坚持不懈，从不间断。每天至少看 10-15 分钟的英语，早晨和晚上是学英语的最好时间。

3．上下相连，从不孤立。记忆英语要结合上下文，不要孤立的记单词和短语，要把握句中的用法。

4．熟记常用语，确保准确无误。把常用的交际用语背熟，俗能生巧。

5．尽量用第一人称来记习惯用语和句型，以便记忆牢固。

8．要创设情景，加强交际训练。语言的运用离不开场景的强化训练，只有交际，才能学好。

我的朋友，从英语零基础开始，用了一年的时间考过托福，现在在美国已经5年了。
英语并不难，特别是应试英语。不用花太多时间去做什么模拟卷子，也不用花太多时间去研究阅读理解。就是背单词背单词。一天背100个单词是最少的。听力部分不要花太多时间放在教材上，听英文广播，坐车，睡觉前，有时间就听。
至于语法更不用去特意的研究，高中毕业语法的基础就够了，其他都没用，除非你想做一个语言学家。只要多听，做题的时候凭语感几乎就不会错的，语法题的时候不要去分析研究，语感是最重要的。
阅读理解和作文，只要你单词量有了，这个和你答我们的语文卷子还有什么区别呢？
