许、陈、张三个好友，一起出外寻欢，在夜店搭上一失意美女。
  在酒醉后三人将其带出准备4P，结果女子失足坠楼。三人惹上官非，涉嫌强奸谋杀，女子昏迷不醒，无从取证。在这个当口，友情变的脆弱和不经敲打，人性的自私无奈地让三个朋友走远……最后女子竟然奇迹般醒来，证明了三人的清白，可是失去的东西似乎已经很难回来。
  
故事搭配的音乐轻松趣致，三位年轻演员的表现更加是出色。对待开放的性和酒精，还有现代人渴望刺激的心理，一个个生活的例子似乎无法提醒人们去注意可能潜在的危险。而在对待同甘共苦这个概念上，人们亦有动摇和改变，不再是那种可以肝胆相照的关系，转而开始互相的推委责任和逃避。
  这种可悲的观念在20世纪开始传染，在21世纪已经开始蔓延。
