I've verified with our Travel Agency and the conclusion would be that we should verify every time we need a ticket (this would be a bit difficult) with both travel agencies, ours here in Italy and yours in China because the airlines can offer different rates between both markets (ITALY & CHINA), there might be better rates here or there depending on the date, the class and the availability at the moment of the reservation. The only one thing our travel agency told me is regarding the special offers without informing the agencies, this for them is not true, the only thing that might change are the Internet (on line) airline offers.
