具体步骤：
１，先把你找的FLASH地址粘贴到代码中的"地址"处, 取代那二个字，待用
２、进入“控制面版”的“个人首页内容维护”
３、选“自定义空白面板”, 点“新增”
４、为该面板起一个名字(如flash), 勾“显示源代码”, 输入框内出现一些符号
５、把含有地址的代码贴在符号后面, 再次点显示源代码去掉那个勾勾.
６、点保存返回控制面板，点左边的“定制我的首页”
７、会看见左边计数器下面，有一个“添加页面模块"
８、点击出现新对话框。给“自定义空白面板”下面的“flash”框打勾。点下面的“选取”。
９、看见FLASH（继续）
１０、看最左边的一列浮动块。点“保存设置”
