  此内部税收是加与直接竞争货物或替代货物,或加于进口的全部或部分制造品之上的;(b)antidumpingorcountervailingdutythatisappliedpursuanttoaParty'sdomesticlawandnotappliedinconsistentlywithChapterNineteen(ReviewandDisputeSettlementinAntidumpingandCountervailingDutyMatters);b)依协议方国内法律征收的反倾销及抵消税。
  且此反倾销及抵消税不与第十九章(反倾销及抵消事宜的审查及争议解决方式)相违;(c)feeorotherchargeinconnectionwithimportationcommensuratewiththecostofservicesrendered;c)由进口时使用服务而发生的费用及其他附加费;(d)premiumofferedorcollectedonanimportedgoodarisingoutofanytenderingsysteminrespectoftheadministrationofquantitativeimportrestrictionsortariffratequotasortariffpreferencelevels;andd)由於管理限量进口或税率配额或关税偏好水准而发生的,不由交易系统控制的报价加值或收取的额外金额;及(e)feeappliedpursuanttosection22oftheU。
