could  not  initialize  Direct3D.You may want to check that the latest version of system.Also make scould  not  initialize  Direct3D.You may want to check that the latest version of system.Also make sure that this program was compiled with header files that match the installed DirectX DLLs. 
    This sample will now exit.

    好像是你的D3d有问题，到网站上下一个D3d9.0安装一下看看。一般机子里都有若找到再安装一次。
先运行C:\WINDOWS\system32的dxdiag.exe测一下你的3d
