The C shall ensure that the equipment and materials once rejected by the Inspection Engineer, are not re-used in the fabrication of the pot shell assembly。
   Where parts rejected by the Inspection Engineer/ Nominated Agency have been rectified as per agreed procedures laid down in advance, such parts shall be segregated for separate inspection and approval, before being used in the work。

After the rectification job also, during re-inspection, if it is found that the same item is still in non-conformance with the desired inspection results, the same shall be rejected and can not be used anywhere。
