填think of
He is highly think of。他留给别人的印象很好

这算是一个固定用法：
think highly of=speak highly of。对……印象很好”。
如： He spoke highly of our city. 他对我市评价很高

think of 还有“想着，想起”的意思
例如：
Everyone is thinking about/of (想着) our bright future.
I can't think of (想起) his name at the moment.

think about也有“对某人、某物抱……看法”的意思，
例如：What do you think of/about his proposal?你认为他的建议怎样？
不过，think high of认为很好、think badly/ill of认为不好等的of却不可改为about，
例如：Don't think ill of him just because he was late last time
（不要因为他上次迟到，就对他产生坏印象）。


think over是“仔细考虑”的意思
I hope you will think it over.

think for 金山上面查到的是“认为，预料”，
其实我到现在好像还没见过think for 的，所以我也说不出什么，不好意思
