Don not worry。At first you should listen to the whole passage,and try your best to get the meaning。Second,listen to the type carefully ,and gain the key words,then write it down。
sometimes you can according to the words which you have heared to write out the whole passage。try it ! However,if you can not get it ,you should pay attention。
there may be some problems。If there were some troubles in your listening ? Or you have remember only a few words? Or someting else。
you can deal with it by your own way。 Remember ,don not give up。You should be interested in it 。And know it clearly that you can do it ; you can do everything you want to do 。

不论你是参加哪种类型的考试(CET-4/6，IELTS)，对于听力的练习基本上都一样。 1】每次听文章之前会有大约半分钟的停顿，利用这个时间去看题目，找题目中的KEY WORDS，然后判断这个题目需要什么样的答案。如果是填空题可以判断，需要填写的词的词性，这样听的时候才能够有的放矢。 2】在平时练习的时候要注意听力文章中的关键词，这个方面内容太多，简单的说，转折后的内容、重音部分、原文中与题目中会有某些单词的paraphrase(同意转换，eg:1 year = annual)等这些需要仔细听。 3】平时多听，因为你的听力词汇量远小于你的阅读词汇量，一个单词写出来你认识，但是如果不同的发音(美国口音、澳大利亚口音…等)念出来会有很大区别，这点需要多听来提高。 以上个人的一点经验，仅供参考。practise make perfect
