      Questions: 1。When you don't feel well,can you do anything? 2。In our daily life,Do you care about your health? Everyone wants to maintain good health, if you are healthy, then you can do what you want to do , your family will be full of laughter, your study will be much more simple。
       Question: Could you guess my topic? At first,I will tell you about how to keep physic health。 Now,I want to show you some pictures。
       Smoking Drinking Are you interested in eating them? Do you know that is harm to you seriously? So, we must stay away from the food that is bad for us。
       So,should we keep a healthy life? Now,I will give you some advice Balanced diet * Regular eating habits Having a good diet is very important。
       This means eating lots of different kinds of food and lots of fresh fruit and vegetables. & coarse and refined grains 粗粮细粮 & light & >3 meals & 70%~80% Corn (玉米) Oats (燕麦) Soybean (黄豆) Broomcorn (高粱) Dietary pagoda figure 膳食宝塔 eat less eat properly eat more eat most Doing exercise is a good way of keeping your healthy。
       Exercise regularly can use up our redundant heat ,and improve heart and blood circulation system。Exercise will make you fitter and helps you relax. * Do exercises 1。
      Walking (4 or 5 per week30-40minutes) 2。Riding 3。Running (30minutes or more) 4。Climbing stairs 5。 Doing aerobics (properly) 6。
      Doing yoga (properly) *Elegant environment Live in a less polluted house。 Keep your room clean and tidy。 One way to keep fit is to sleep early at night and get up early in the morning。
       This ensures that the sleep hours are maintained at a good level。 Now,I will tell you about how to keep mental health。 * Mental health Confidence Optimistic Calmness Good personal relationship Confidence Confidence is power! Confidence means success! Optimistic I think that optimism is of importance。
       most optimists have a high happiness index, which can hardly be experienced by pessimists。 Therefore, we must read our life with a positive attitude。
       Calmness Whatever you meet trouble, you must be calm。 Learn to relax yourself and reduce pressure。 Good personal relationship I think friends are an important part of one's health。
       Many studies show that people with a wide range of social contacts get sick less than those who don't。 I always feel better when I am with friends than when I am alone。
       When I am with my friends, I always laugh。 Laughing is also an important part of health。 I like to laugh with my friends Conclusion As we know that good health enables us to enjoy our life, achieve our goals and realize our dreams。
