我想用英语表达下列的意思,但不知道如何说比较婉转客气,向大家请教: 我们什么时候可以看到图纸?图纸的传输方式是以电子邮件的方式发出的吗?还是以什么方式发出的,请告知我们,我们非常希望尽快看到图纸,为下一步的工作做准备. 谢谢各位大师高手了!
以上各位在语气方面还是不够客气的。这在商务英语里面是比较忌讳的。一般could, would like等表示委婉而且礼貌得多。请看以下的译文： I'd like to know when we could receive the blueprint. Please also kindly advise us how you will send it to us, by email or by other means. We wish to receive the blueprint as soon as possible so that we could proceed with our follow-ups.
我认为第2篇和第9篇译得较好。但有点小错误,我稍作改动。
即:
We`d like to know when we can see the drawing and if it wil be sent by E-MAIL or in some other ways。
We are looking forward to seeing the drawing as soon as possible,so that we can make preparations for our next work。
We'd like to know when we'll receive your drawing,and how it'll be sent,by E-meil,or in some other ways。
We 're eager to have a look at the drawing as soon as possible,so we can prepare for our next step。
同意"流火的十月"学长, 不过ADVISE一词却用的不好 可换用tell, notify, inform; by email or by other means也可以简化为by email or otherwise.
