Dear editor,
I’m  Li Ming of senior three,Guangming Middle School. I’m writing to reflect you something. There are some problems confused us students. Every time we come  across some important exams,there exists some anxious symptoms  For instance, some of us will feel dizzy as leck energy. Meanwhile , some will suffer form badly sleep and loss of appetite. All of these will led to we can’t perform well in the exam.
   Personally, there are several ways to handle there problems. Before  the exam,it is necessary that we should make a proper plan. After that ,we need to carry on it strictly,which well build up our self confidence. during the exam day. we need to work and rest normally. Taking a hot shower can ease our worried nervous. Drinking a out of milk do good to get a bitter sleep.
   Besides, to get of the anxious. We can put down the books for beside to get rid of anxious. We  can put down the books for a little while and do some sports. It can help ue remove the mental burdens
   Could you give us good advice?thank you reading ours xxx
